Without stepping, perform a Right-Hand
Reverse Punch.
Fold the right hand high, left hand low. Step the left foot across the body towards the right,
approximately even with the left. Slide the right foot back. Pivot ½ turn to the right.
Perfrm a Right-Hand Outer Forearm Block.
Without stepping, perform a Left-Hand Reverse Punch.
Step the left foot forward and slightly to the left. Pivot ¼ turn to the left into a Left
Back Stance.
Perform a Left-Hand
Knife Hand Block.
Bring the left hand downward in a blocking motion until it is horizontal with the palm down,
and step forward with the right foot into a right front stance. Perform a Right-Hand
Spear Thrust Strike
with your right hand, positioning the right hand on top of the left, with the left hand
slightly in front of the right elbow. Kihap.
Leaving the right hand in its current position, fold the left fist high.
Quickly pivot the right foot, stepping with the left, performing a full turn to end in a Left Front Stance,
allowing the right arm to wrap around the back of the body along the waist.
As the turn ends, perform a Left-Hand
Back Fist Strike
and pull the right hand into
Chamber Position
with a snapping motion.
Fold the right hand high, the left hand low. Step forward with the right foot into a Right Front Stance.
Perform a Right-Hand Back Fist Strike.
Fold the left hand high, right hand low. Stepping with the left foot and pivoting on the right,
turn towards the rear left ¾ turn (turning counter-clockwise when seen from above)
into a Left Back Stance. Perform a Left Outer Forearm Block.
Without stepping, perform a Right-Hand Reverse Punch.
Fold the right hand high, left hand low. Step the left foot across the body towards the right,
approximately even with the left. Slide the right foot back. Pivot ½ turn to the right.
Perfrm a Right-Hand Outer Forearm Block.
Without stepping, perform a Left-Hand Reverse Punch.
Cross your forearms across your chest, with the left arm on top.
Pivotting on your right foot, step back with your left foot, until the feet are approximately even,
then pivot on both feet towards the left, to face diagonally in a Left Front Stance.
(A 135° turn towards the left.) Perform a
Spreading Block.
Extend the left hand while bringing the right hand to Chamber Position. Perform a Right-Leg
OffensiveFront Kick.
Setting the right foot down in front into a Right Front Stance, perform a Right-Hand
Middle
Punch.
Perform a Left-Hand Reverse Punch.
Cross your forearms across your chest, with the right arm on top.
Pivotting on your left foot, step back with your right foot, until the feet are approximately even,
then pivot on both feet towards the right, to face diagonally in a Right Front Stance.
(A 90° turn towards the right.) Perform a Spreading Block.
Extend the right hand while bringing the left hand to Chamber Position.
Perform a Left-Leg Offensive Front Kick.
Setting the left foot down in front into a Left Front Stance, perform a Left-Hand Middle Punch.
Perform a Right-Hand Reverse Punch.
Fold the left hand low, right hand high. Pivotting on the right foot, step with the left foot 90°
towards the left into a Left Front Stance. Perform a Left
High Block.
Fold the right hand low, left hand high. Step forward with the right foot into a Right Front Stance.
Perform a right high block.
Fold the left hand high in a Knife Hand position. Fold the right hand low in a fist.
Stepping with the left foot and pivoting on the right, turn towards the rear left
¾ turn (turning counter-clockwise when seen from above) into a
Horse Stance.
Perform a Left-Hand
Knife Hand Strike at shoulder level.
Fold the right hand high in a Knife Hand position. Fold the left hand low in a fist.
Slide the left foot to the right foot. Slide the right foot towards the right into a Horse Stance.
Perform a Right-Hand Knife Hand Strike at shoulder level. Kihap.
